January 2022 Workshop Recording:
From Information to Integration: Using Your Relationship with Food to Reconnect Mind & Body
If you're reading this, you probably know how easy it is to stay in a state of "paralysis by analysis" when it comes to healing your relationship with food and establishing a healthy lifestyle. Over the last few years working with people 1-1 and in group settings, I've seen it countless times. You've read all the books (and took notes!), you're listening to all the podcasts, and you're collecting all the information. However, the question remains: Why isn't anything ... actually ... different?
While a solid understanding of the mind-body connection is important, unfortunately, we cannot *think* (or analyze or deduce or reason or logic) our way into health. Trust me, I've tried. ;) Especially if you consider yourself an "emotional eater," your healing journey requires a deeper connection to your feelings and sensations. If you want to feel better in your body and around food in a long-term and sustainable way, you must include the mind, body, and soul.
That's what this workshop is all about.
Rather than filling your beautiful brain with even more knowledge, I am instead going to guide you through a mind-body experience in real-time so you can practice integrating everything you've learned. This workshop is designed to help you tap into the awareness, skills, and tools that will help you move from information to integration in your everyday life so you can finally shift into a new reality. You're invited to share this safe space with me to explore your own healing potential.
If you are ready to show up for yourself and reap the benefits of a more whole and authentic human experience, please do this for yourself today. Join me to learn how to create a healthy relationship with food and eating for the long term (and get a peek inside The Out of the Cave Group Coaching Program)!
